Bill Zucosky is Chef de Cuisine at Strip House, housed within Westminster Hotel in Livingston, NJ. He presents Strip House's signature steakhouse classics with a deft touch and considers his personal cooking style to be eclectic American with classic technique.

Chef Zucosky's passion for the outdoors since childhood inspires his steak grilling. His favorite foods to cook have always been meat and seafood, the cornerstones of Strip House. A native of Linden, NJ, he is a true local chef who enjoys using fresh local ingredients. He has previously worked at The Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, NJ, and Hamilton Park in Florham Park, NJ.

He works closely with Strip House Executive Chef John Schenk to create specials that showcase his creativity and that relate to the iconic brand. He is in demand for his popular cooking demos in venues across the state, from Bloomingdale's to Williams-Sonoma. It's his commitment to quality and consistency that earned and maintained Strip House's 3½ stars in the New Jersey Star-Ledger and the AAA Four Diamond rating at the Westminster Hotel.
